These Terms govern use of the MySoulKick website, PawPlace, PawPort, PawPass, and related services. By using a service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. The MySoulKick services
MySoulKick provides a public website and connected tools for responsible companion placement, Circle operations, and guardian records. Features may change, be unavailable, or be limited to invited or approved users.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, safeguard your sign-in details, and use only accounts and invitations issued to you. You may not access another person’s account, private Circle, household, records, or files without permission. We may suspend access that creates a security, safety, legal, or material misuse concern.
3. Public information, inquiries, and applications
Information about companions, generations, availability, or anticipated dates may change. A listing, inquiry, application, invitation, or account does not create a reservation, sale, placement, or other agreement. MySoulKick and participating Circles may review suitability individually and are not required to proceed with a placement.
4. PawPlace
PawPlace connects prospective guardians and Circles around public listings and private placement conversations. Buyers must provide truthful information; Circles are responsible for their listings and placement decisions. A reservation or payment flow is not final unless confirmed in the written terms supplied for that placement.
5. PawPort
PawPort is a private workspace for approved Circles. Circle owners are responsible for choosing team members, managing permissions, maintaining accurate records, and using private buyer and guardian information only for legitimate MySoulKick workflows.
6. PawPass
PawPass is a private household workspace for guardian records. Household members are responsible for the people they invite and for maintaining appropriate access. A PawPass handoff creates a separate household record space; it is not a substitute for a signed guardian agreement or professional veterinary, legal, or behavioral advice.
7. Placement agreements and payments
A signed guardian, placement, purchase, or other written agreement controls the specific relationship and takes precedence over these Terms where the documents address the same matter. Any fee, contribution, payment schedule, refundability, transferability, or cancellation term is governed by the written terms supplied for that placement—not by a general website listing.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the services, bypass access controls, interfere with security, collect private data without permission, upload harmful code, impersonate another person, or use the services in violation of law or animal-welfare obligations.
9. Intellectual property and disclaimer
MySoulKick’s name, brand, website content, images, and software may not be copied or used beyond normal personal use without permission. Website content is general information and is not veterinary, medical, legal, financial, or behavioral advice. To the extent permitted by law, MySoulKick provides the services as available and does not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular placement outcome.
10. Governing law, changes, and contact
